ASH 2000 : The new leap in leak detection

Adixen introduces a new leak detector model for hydrogen tracer gas, the ASH 2000, taking a new leap in leak detection efficiency. Higher sensitivity, faster recovery and DIY sensor change are some of the new advantages.
- To always strive for shorter cycle times is a must for manufacturing companies, and the new leak detector ASH 2000 is a great help in this work. It has a faster response and a quicker recovery than ever, says Mikael Ekström Product Manager at Adixen Scandinavia (Sweden).
Many times it is the total leakage of an object that sets the reject level. The ASH 2000 Leak Detector has a new function that easily sums up the values of different leak measurements and informs the operator if it is below or above the total reject level for the product.
Another advantage is the custom set sound pitch and increased sound volume that makes leak detection possible even in very noisy environments. You can also set the detector forsound less until it finds a leak, when the audio comes automatically back on.
The new ergonomically designed hand probe is equipped with a sensor at the tip. The tip and the sensor inside can easily be replaced by the operator in a matter of seconds. Another practical feature is the Leak Light flashlight that illuminates the test area on the product.
With the ASH 2000 Alcatel also gives the operator freedom to set different types of leak alarms and different kind of leak flow units. The battery operated model has increased the autonomy to 9 hours.
The ASH 2000 includes a Sensistor sensor that has a unique sensitivity and selectivity to hydrogen. This type of sensor is used in all Adixen hydrogen leak detectors and assures a high reliability for your leak testing equipment
