With the opening in April 2004 of Alcatel Vacuum Technology Shanghai, Alcatel has reached a new step in its development.
Adixen products have been sold in China for the last 20 years . Therefore our vacuum products are well-known and appreciated for their high quality and performance.
In order to cope with the current development of the Chinese market in terms of technology and volume, Alcatel Vacuum Technology has decided to have a direct presence in China in order to bring to its current and future customers, a stronger world class support capability.
Adixen wants to bring its expertise in Vacuum Technology, Semiconductor, Industrial markets and Micromachining systems, to its Chinese partners. We know that the optimum way to answer our customer𠏋 needs is to bring to them the best technology and the best support.
With over 2000 sqm, Alcatel Vacuum Technology (Shanghai) Co ltd, is located in Zhangjiang Hi Tech Park, on the Pudong side of Shanghai.
Our World Class Service Centre is equipped with the latest version of official imported Alcatel automatic testing equipment and cleaning facilities.
Using original Alcatel Service tools and methods, our service team (composed of both workshop and on site engineers) is able to service the full range of Adixen products.
An important local stock of Products and Spare Parts dedicated to sales and service needs is also permanently available.
A team of 30 people is now in place to handle all issues such as sales, marketing and service for the whole country.
In addition to Shanghai, sales and service facilities are also available in Shenzhen, Beijing and Hong Kong. Other sites will open soon.
