Vacuum autoclave sterilizer :
The autoclave sterilization process is performed at 15 psi and 121°C, conditions under which no micro-organism can survive. To achieve adequate penetration of the steam into the material for sterilization, vacuum cycles are performed before pressurizing, so that no air is present.
Pumping solutions: Adixen Pascal Series (-SD and I- pumps)
Pressure measurement & control: Vacuum gauges series 2000
Leak detection: ASM 142 Series helium leak detectors are ideal for this application.
