Emergency Response Team

The Annecy facility Emergency Response Team (ERT) is composed of 40 trained employee volunteers from all departments, covering all shifts.

Team members participate in four to five training sessions each year, including a simulated emergency response drill with various organizations (Fire departments, emergency medical care, etc.).

Team members are trained in spill mitigation, decontamination, personal protective equipment use, first aid and blood-contamination protection. Disaster recovery plans exist for most of our key processes and activities in order to guarantee minimum but proper response to most difficult situations.
